Financial Services
Four Seasons
A site for a financial planning firm, built around a live comparison table that pulls data from Israeli financial institutions through their APIs.
Four Seasons is a financial planning company whose value to a visitor is comparison: which pension, hedge fund or savings track is actually performing. The site is built around that.
The core of the build is a data table that connects to the APIs of Israeli financial institutions, fetches their figures, and renders them as a filterable, sortable comparison across instrument types including hedge funds, pension funds and savings tracks.
- Live API integration with financial institutions
- Normalised multi-provider data layer
- Filterable comparison table
- Cached fetch strategy
Challenges
-
01
Several APIs, one shape
Each institution exposes its data differently. The integration normalises those responses into a single internal shape before anything reaches the front end, so the table does not need to know which provider a row came from.
-
02
Live financial data without slow pages
Fetching from external APIs on every page load would make the site unusable. Responses are cached and refreshed on a schedule, so visitors get fast pages and the figures stay current.
-
03
Comparison that stays readable
Multi-instrument financial data is dense. The table needed filtering and side-by-side comparison that still works on a phone, where a wide table would otherwise be unusable.
