Delsey Paris
Front-end work on the US Shopify storefront of the French luggage maker: mega-menu fixes, section styling, and the smooth parallax motion across the page.
Delsey Paris has been making luggage since 1946 and runs a high-traffic Shopify storefront in the US market. The work here was surgical rather than greenfield: fixing and extending an existing production theme without destabilising a store that is always selling.
The main pieces were the mega-menu, which had layout and interaction faults across breakpoints, a set of content sections that needed their styling and behaviour corrected, and the scroll-linked parallax motion that runs through several sections of the page.

01
Fixing a live storefront
Every change shipped to a store taking real orders. Work had to be scoped tightly and tested against the existing theme rather than rewritten, so nothing regressed in checkout or the product templates.

02
Mega-menu across breakpoints
The super menu carries a deep catalogue and had to stay usable from a wide desktop viewport down to a phone, including keyboard access and correct behaviour when a column overflows.

03
Parallax that stays smooth
The scroll-linked motion needed to feel smooth without causing layout thrash. That meant driving it from transforms on a single animation frame rather than from properties that force reflow on every scroll event.
